Donna Miller, co-founder of Purse Power and founder of the Executive Resource Center, has had more than 30 years of hands-on experience as an executive in Fortune 500 companies. She is an award-winning talent management consultant and a professional certified executive coach. The theme of Donna’s career has been initiating, leading and managing organizational transformations. Purse Power provides the information, tools and encouragement women need to use their trillions of dollars of collective economic power to buy goods and services from companies that actively create, support and improve opportunities for women and girls.
Donna is passionate about making a difference and creating positive change. She serves on the board of the YWCA of Oklahoma City, co-founded the Women in Leadership Conference at Oklahoma City University, is the Oklahoma event chair for the 2020 Women on Boards National Conversation on Board Diversity and the Oklahoma chapter chair of the Women President’s Organization. Donna is frequently invited to speak, participate on panels and present at various events. Her main topics include leading change, improving organizational performance and developing leaders.
Donna has her MBA in organizational development from the University of Colorado at Denver and a BA in business administration and psychology from Baylor University.
