Supplier Diversity Microsoft
Joel serves as the Supplier Diversity Program Manager for Microsoft Corporation. In this capacity, he drives Microsoft’s strategies to achieve supplier diversity objectives, which resulted in over $2.7 billion spent with diverse supplier in the last fiscal year.
Prior to joining Microsoft, Joel spent many years in the airline industry, working his way through various roles, primarily in Finance & Procurement.
He has served on the Board of Directors for several different non-profit agencies, and currently holds the position of Board Vice-Chairman for a regional Credit Union. He is also a member of the Advisory Board for the University of Washington, Foster School’s Consulting & Business Development Center.
He holds a degree in Business Management & Finance from Corban University and a master’s degree in Project Management from the University of Alaska Anchorage.
